Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloin
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbs season salt
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
olive oil
Wisc egg in a medium sized bowl, place chicken in bowl and completely cover each piece with egg. Set aside.
In medium sized bowl mix together flour, salt, parsley and pepper.
In a large sauce pan generously fill with olive oil, not too much you do not want the chicken to be covered when you place it in the pan. Turn on med/high heat.
Take the egg covered chicken and put it into flour mixture one at a time, make sure it is completely covered. Place in pan. Cook each side for 5 - 7 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
